What happens when I purchase the software?
Email delivery method
All orders are receipted by email. Payment processing is usually instant, however depending on payment method (such as cheque) this can take longer.
A serial number is sent as soon as payment is processed. The serial number is used to download and unlock the software, using the menu items at the top of this website.
Post delivery method
All orders are receipted by email. Payment processing is usually instant, however depending on payment method (such as cheque) this can take longer.
Delivery will take between 7 and 10 days. A serial number included in the package.
Academic discount
All home schools, K-12 schools, colleges and universities can can purchase the Studio Plus edition of Stop Motion Pro at a 35% discount. This applies to the institution itself, students, suppoort staff and teachers.
Please check carefully whether you are eligible before purchasing. The eligibility criteria are here.
If you are not eligible when your status is checked, you will not receive a serial number and will be unable to use the software.
Proof of eligibility will be requested by Stop Motion Pro after your payment has been received.
The Academic discount is only available for the Studio Plus edition.
To receive the Academic discount this process must be followed:
1. Purchase the software using our online shop - see below.
2. You will be sent an email with information on how to submit your Proof of eligibility documents.
3. Submit your Proof of eligibility documents and Shareit order number. The Shareit order number is generated during the online purchase.
4. We will email you the serial number so you can start using the software within 48 hours.
