Shooting seven feature films worth of animation in 18 months was an exciting challenge for Stop Motion Pro and the team at Chapman Entertainment.  Stop Motion Pro is proud to support Chapman Entertainment produce these exciting programs.  Read the full story here :

The car models are made by John Wright Modelmaking . Adjustments are made using tiny allen keys and direct manipulation of the car wheels.  Replacement mouths are held on using magnets.

The foam latex puppets, with ball and socket armatures inside, are made by the famous Mackinnon and Saunders .

 Large scale sets are used in conjuction with CGI elements.

 Canon cameras with "live view" and Stop Motion Pro control give the technical team the power to set up shots quickly.

Combining CGI scenes with stop motion gives the Roary series a unique look.

 Fifi is filmed with large scale sets and also has latex characters with ball and socket armatures.

 Sir Stirling Moss provides the narration in Roary the Racing Car.
